TERMS OF PROMOTION
BBC MAESTRO SINGLE COURSE TERMS
1. What is the Promotion?
1.1 These terms apply to the promotional discount entitling eligible participants to a 40% discount on the full price of BBC Maestro courses on An Understanding of Wine, Song Writing, Writing Drama for Television, Delicious Food Cooked Simply, Bread Making, Music Production, Writing for Young Adults, Writing Books for Children, Filmmaking, Storytelling, Writing Children's Picture Books, Toolkit for Business Success, Modern Indian Cooking, Classic French Bistro Cooking, Writing Popular Fiction, Finding the Inner Strength, Comedy presented by Jancis Robinson, Gary Barlow, Jed Mercurio, Marco Pierre White, Richard Bertinet, Mark Ronson, Malorie Blackman, David Walliams, Edgar Wright, Alan Moore, Julia Donaldson, Peter Jones, Vineet Bhatia, Pierre Koffman, Lee Child, Doreen Lawrence, Sir Billy Connolly respectively (the "Course"), available for a limited time only from 14/11/2022 to 28/11/2022 (the "Promotion").
1.2 The Promotion is offered by Maestro Media Limited, a company registered in England and Wales with company number 11996244 and registered office at 10 Kelham Gardens, Marlborough, England, SN8 1PW ("Maestro").
1.3 Any stated savings are in comparison to the standard full price of the Course in force as at the date the Promotion started, being £80.
2. Do any other terms apply?
2.1 The Promotion is subject to these specific promotional terms, together with Maestro's platform terms of use available here.
2.2 If Maestro processes any of your personal data in connection with the Promotion, it will process that data in accordance with the privacy notice available here.
3. How do I participate?
3.1 Head to bbcmaestro.com via the URL displayed in the BBC Maestro promotional email / advertisement. The discount will be applied automatically at checkout.
3.2 A valid promotional URL / code is necessary to claim the Promotion.
4. Are there any eligibility requirements or restrictions on the Promotion?
4.1 The Promotion can only be redeemed in relation to the online platform operated by Maestro at bbcmaestro.com (or any standalone app which Maestro may release from time to time). You must have access to the internet and a device which meets the minimum system requirements in order to access Maestro's platform and content (see our platform terms for more information).
4.2 The Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount or promotion. By redeeming the Promotion, you agree not to attempt to apply the promotional code in addition to any other promotional code, offer or discount that Maestro may offer from time to time.
4.3 The Promotion applies to the Course only, and applies only for the limited time specified in clause 1.1. The Promotion does not provide any discount in relation to any of Maestro's other courses or content and will not be valid after the expiry date.
4.4 The Promotion cannot be applied to previous purchases and cannot be redeemed for cash or any in-kind value. Any refunds or returns (if applicable) will be calculated based on the discounted price.
4.5. The Promotion is non-transferable. You may not assign, transfer, charge or deal in any other manner with your rights under these terms.
4.6 No allowances or extensions to the Promotion will apply other than at Maestro's sole discretion.
4.7 Promotional offers and incentives are subject to availability and may be changed at any time for any reason.

5.2 If any provision of these terms shall be found by any court or administrative body of competent jurisdiction to be illegal, invalid or unenforceable under the law of any jurisdiction, such illegality, invalidity or unenforceability shall not affect the legality, validity or enforceability in that jurisdiction of the other provisions of this agreement or the legality, validity or enforceability in any other jurisdiction of that provision.
5.3 The Promotion, these terms and any related dispute or claim (whether contractual or non-contractual) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and you irrevocably agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales in relation to any such dispute or claim.

1.2 The Promotion is offered by Maestro Media Limited, a company registered in England and Wales with company number 11996244 and registered office at 10 Kelham Gardens, Marlborough, England, SN8 1PW ("Maestro").
1.3 Any stated savings are in comparison to the standard full price of the Subscription in force as at the date the Promotion started.

4.3 The Promotion is limited to one redemption per Customer.
4.4 Unless otherwise stated, the Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount or promotion. By redeeming the Promotion, you agree not to attempt to use the promotional URL in addition to any other promotional code, offer or discount that Maestro may offer from time to time.
4.5 The Promotion applies to the first year of a Subscription only, and is available only for the limited time specified in clause 1.1. The Promotion does not provide any discount in relation to any of Maestro's other courses, content or subscription renewals and will not be valid after the expiry date. In accordance with the specific Subscription terms, at the end of the first year of a Subscription, it will renew at the full price and if the auto-renewal option is enabled, this renewal will happen automatically.
